Arif Isikgun has worked with LVMH, Guerlain, L'Oréal as well as many other well-established independents across the word. With over 17 years of experience working in all levels of beauty, luxury retail and spa, launching and educating brands globally. His vision was simple – “Always Innovating Beauty”, to innovate emotional connection and empower teams to support not only exceptional client services but brand service also, ensuring full company potential and growth. His dedicated approach to storytelling was always apparent helping businesses communicate their messages clearly and from a place of emotional intelligence. He founded and Launched Ai Beauty Consultancy in 2019 and since has gone on to be an award-winning strategic thinker within education. Segun Akinwoleola
Segun is a first-class Business Management graduate with over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing for brands such as Revlon, John Frieda, Up&Go and The Black Farmer. Segun is only one of a few black entrepreneurs in FMCG having recently launched his own brand The Gym Kitchen. The Gym Kitchen sells a range of healthy food in retailers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda, Co-op & Dunnes stores. Segun is extremely passionate about entrepreneurship and diversity within the consumer goods industry.
