With over 20 years’ experience in the luxury and premium arena, Penny has gained a global expert reputation in this field, assisting luxury brands such as Prada, Chanel, Burberry, The Kering Group, Jimmy Choo and many more to ensure they are customer driven, not just product driven. Prior to setting up her business 25 years ago, Penny worked globally for 15 years in sales, leadership, business development, and heavily on personal development training. This interactive session will include the importance of luxury execution, the art of storytelling, significance of emotional intelligence, and the energy of the team players in the business to ensure total success.
