We are searching for the next group of talented young colorists to embark on a unique and extraordinary journey as members of the Color Creatives team in 2024. This presents an incredible opportunity to receive personal mentorship from Neil Barton, a renowned and award-winning hairdresser who is a member of the Color Zoom hall-of-fame. Alongside Neil Barton, you will also have the privilege of working with the amazing Toni Perryman.

The program includes four days at the Goldwell Academy in London, dedicated to nurturing your creativity and providing inspiration. Not only that, but you will also have the chance to bring your vision to life through a professional photoshoot. Your resulting image will be entered into the prestigious Global Creative Awards 2024 competition.

This highly successful course has led the UK to achieve numerous awards, including Gold trophies and multiple other top awards in both the UK and Global competitions. Are you prepared to embrace this exciting challenge?

How To Apply

Create your mood board

Assemble a mood board that presents your sources of inspiration. Express your creativity by incorporating words, textures, colors, or even hairstyles.

1 Produce an audition video

Create a video in which you discuss your mood board, showcasing your ability to translate its elements onto a real-life model.

2 Salon owner endorsement

Salon owners are encouraged to email thehub@kao.com with their comments, endorsing your selection for this opportunity.

3 Submit your application

Prepare your audition materials and submit them using the link below. Entries will only be accepted via the link, all applications must be submitted between August 15th and October 2nd, 2023.
